Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and team members for seamless project execution
- Perform preventative maintenance to optimize system performance
- Document all work activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting high-voltage systems
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Physical stamina for overnight shifts and confined spaces
