Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking, reliable candidates to join our growing team. If you are mechanically inclined, physically fit, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. No previous plumbing experience is necessary; we will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand service needs and answer basic inquiries.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic maintenance on plumbing tools and machinery.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or outdoors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- No prior plumbing experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
