Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Perform basic installation and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand job requirements.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
- Handle waste disposal and material inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina required to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and work outdoors.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
