Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate project status.
- Assist in supervising apprentice electricians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required (Florida or North Carolina).
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
