Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Learn to read basic blueprints and understand plumbing codes and standards.
- Perform routine tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and installing faucets/fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up and organized after every workday.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
