Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating machinery
- Participate in team-based construction projects with clear task assignments
- Complete daily maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
