Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial pipe installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport heavy materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and cleaning tasks under strict supervision.
- Read and interpret basic piping schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Respond promptly to service calls and assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in confined spaces.
- Basic understanding of mathematics, specifically measurements and fractions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
