Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, finishing, and custom woodworking projects
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power tools
- Read blueprints and material lists under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and tool safety
- Participate in sustainable construction practices
- Complete OSHA 10-hour youth safety certification
- Collaborate with team on community service builds
Qualifications
- Age 16-19 with valid work permit
- High school enrollment or recent graduate
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
