Responsibilities

- Contribute to team projects with clear communication
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work authorization
- Enthusiastic about learning carpentry fundamentals
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- No experience required - training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must provide own basic toolkit (hammer, measuring tape, etc.)
