Responsibilities
- Perform high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial sites.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical layouts accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical system malfunctions and performance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, power distribution, and grounding.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
