Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with the setup, cleanup, and maintenance of construction sites to ensure a safe environment.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint reading where applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
