Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and saws.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on site at all times.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Read and interpret basic job site instructions and safety signs.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow verbal instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Must be willing to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime when needed.
