Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris, dirt, and obstacles.
- Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with their daily tasks as directed.
- Demolition: Perform basic demolition and removal tasks as needed for project phases.
- Machinery: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
