Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in team projects with clear communication
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
