Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and framers with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Mix concrete, sand, gravel, and other materials according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Read and understand basic site instructions and safety signs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and climbing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
