Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and power tools safely
- Install scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and local safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians) on complex builds
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of construction mathematics and measurements
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
