Our team is currently working on a variety of residential and commercial projects across the DFW area. As a laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every project site is prepared, maintained, and ready for skilled tradespeople to execute high-quality work.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of job sites, including clearing debris, marking areas, and setting up temporary fencing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks to job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Help skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with manual tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, and hauling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to instructions.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material needs.
