Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, digging, and assembly
- Participate in site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management procedures
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
- Commitment to workplace safety and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
