Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and concrete pouring.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift on a full-time basis.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required.
