Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties and tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Perform digging, lifting, and general site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No previous construction experience required; training provided.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
