Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Perform material handling and loading/unloading tasks safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Pass pre-employment background check
- No experience necessary – training provided
