Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for complex electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors
- Conduct system inspections and generate detailed reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (journeyman level)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Experience with industrial control systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
