Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and general operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, and basic carpentry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
