Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not always required (willing to train).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
