Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, etc.) with project tasks
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, compactors) with certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic hand tool proficiency (hammers, wrenches, etc.)
- Willingness to work outdoors in El Paso weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
