Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, power saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
- Support team members with various manual labor tasks as needed
- Adapt to changing project priorities and site conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to job sites within 20-mile radius
