Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, tool distribution, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical tasks under supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts) after training
- Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent hazards
- Complete daily reporting and documentation as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
- Must pass pre-employment background check
