Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and instructions to execute construction tasks accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout project phases
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform general site maintenance and minor repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or related labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
