Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors
- Maintain clean, safe work environments at all job sites
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish fluency preferred (Miami market requirement)
