Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks related to construction sites, including loading, unloading, and distributing materials.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist in framing, drywalling, insulation, and general finishing tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the job site at the end of each shift.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
