Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily site operations.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Perform site preparation work, including digging, trenching, and concrete pouring assistance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Clean work areas and remove debris to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience with concrete finishing or framing is a plus but not required.
