Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, demolition, and debris removal
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and site security measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
