Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in setting up job site layouts and temporary structures
- Participate in team briefings and daily progress meetings
Qualifications
