Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and transport construction materials safely
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA guidelines
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal daily

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
