Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
