Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks using heavy machinery
- Construct and install foundational structures following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate power tools and equipment including jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Perform concrete finishing, framing, and material handling duties
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
