Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and demolition
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and manual labor tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with construction tools or heavy machinery a plus
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
