Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Transport materials to designated areas using carts, dollies, or forklifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction or manual labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
