Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in building structures, foundations, and infrastructure
- Complete tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
