Responsibilities
- Perform physical site prep including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handlingOperate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong attention to safety protocols and PPE usage
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Omaha metro
