Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including carpentry, framing, and rough-in work.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to perform basic tasks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and setting up safety barriers.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple measurements.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in construction.
