Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and repetitive tasks
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and end-of-day clean-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in Texas heat
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early starts possible)
