Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials and equipment from trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, or setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong team communication skills.
