Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily tasks and setups.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal, sweeping, and site organization.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Help in digging, leveling, and preparing areas for construction and concrete pouring.
- Assist in material inventory management and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
