Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
