Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction vehicles and trucks efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of the day.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of performing strenuous labor in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
