Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform minor site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of basic construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
