Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, painting, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Perform basic site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
