Responsibilities
- Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Measure, cut, and assist in the assembly of building materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed on-site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods on your feet.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
