Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including drilling, sawing, and mixing.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and jackhammers under supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform general cleanup duties and prepare areas for construction activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- No prior construction experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
